Our country's economic and military nerve centers were attacked, and our Capitol or White House probably would have been next if flight 93 were not brought down. More attacks are being planned. You know it, I know it, we all know it. Sure, this country has committed outrageous acts against others and its own people since it was founded. So has every other country on this planet. We are still the best country on earth and I would not want to live anywhere else. All the complexities and arguments boil down to one issue in the end...us against them. Talk and economic sanctions won't cut it with terrorists. Us against them...I choose us.

Because I watched as millions did the live pictures of those crazed moronic muslim killers murdering thousand of innocent people. Wake up these killers want to kill you as well. And then again maybe not you. ..........." We suffer from amnesiac, selective morality."........ You may suffer from memory loss, perhaps this is necessary for you to get any sleep. I don't know but I can assure you I do not suffer from this ailment. These kinds of things do get on the news but as you say they are soon dropped as not being news worthy. But in the background help is being sent to people in need and as far as I know the USA is the biggest contributor of aid to poor countries. Remember though that the GOV. has to be politically correct and not appear to be interfering in another countries internal affairs What a bunch of crap when the world has a country like Afghanistan or Iraq where their dictators kill, torture, gas, starve their own people's and treat women and young girls like they are live stock or worse. How could you not believe any stories of the evil's of scum bags such as the taliban?????

Sometimes you sound intelligent then ya come out with something stupid like this. I think Americans are waving their flags as a show of unity against terrorism and as a show of sorrow for those folks that lost loved ones on Sept.11/01. And I doubt that any citizen anywhere thinks that their Government is innocent of dirty deeds. Are you sure you are American???????????????????????????
