Yes, I believe so. However, we don't normally do it. Mainly because of tradition and our fear of computer failures.

They do with the drone recon planes. A full size jet may be a bit trickier.

It is not only possible to land a plane on autpilot especially modern fly by wire aircraft, it is actually much safer than landing by pilot
