Mr. Leo Chamberland reports

Following the unveiling of its licensing program, Global Investment has
concluded the sale of its first licence for the deployment of its on-line
systems for the British Columbia region. The licence was acquired by Phase
II Consultants, Inc. Under the provisions of the agreement, Phase II
Consultants will become resident of the Investment.com community and the

Columbia region. Global Investment Group will maintain fully automated
on-line systems while continuing the expansion of the community.

sectors, and wrote research into the pharmaceutical sector as an analyst.
In 1985, he started his own investment-banking firm. Today, Mr. Taylor
works closely with his clients as a stock-trading adviser under the firm's
Coaching Program, and continues to counsel private companies in their
efforts to enter the public markets.
"We are very excited to form this relationship with Mr. Taylor and Phase II

officer of Global Investment Group. "Licensees are our business partners.
We look forward to working with Mr. Taylor to develop a successful and
ongoing business utilizing the company's automated Web-based systems."
Mr. Taylor has written two books on technical analysis, and delivers
educational lectures and workshops to both new and seasoned investors. Mr.

Internet. A strong sense of community is being developed within the
financial sector. Industry professionals and their clients will benefit
greatly from the goods and services provided with this new and exciting
development."
"We look forward to presenting this Web-based interactive platform to the
financial community throughout British Columbia while developing a strong
relationship with industry professionals in delivering first-class
