Ali,

re: What a joke!

Glad I could give you a laugh. You are usually way too serious.

Seriously, I think that most on this thread would admit that Engel has, many times, corrected incorrect information. And I think that all on this thread should admit that he has contributed a sense of perspective when the exuberance level got way too high. Is that, on balance, a positive or a negative?

To quote Mies van der Rohe, "form follows function". Engel's function is pretty damn good, his form is open to debate.

Where is the value, form or function?

John

Ali,

<Who you are accusing of false information? Give us a single example please.>

Intentional or not, this qualifies, IMHO. From Tony's post to Albert,

From an article:

Microsoft has said it will spend $200 million on marketing
Windows XP, while No. 1 chipmaker Intel, PC makers, retail stores
and other companies are expected to spend $800 million more.

What you [Albert] turned it into:

Intel is spending 800 mil on marketing while bill spends only 200 mil.

Re: "Paul, on the other hand,
was caught several times by bringing up and re-hashing
month-old news presenting them as new information."

How many HUNDREDS OF TIMES do you get to keep bringing up Intel's stock buy-back program - when every time your pointless erroneous nit-picking keeps getting refuted?

And each one of these is news?

OK for you do repeated baloney posts - eh, Ali?

What a JOKE !
