Ultimately I came to the same conclusion. At some point they will do well when J3P comes to his senses and decides it really ISN'T necessary to buy a new car every two years. As you say, valuation was the issue...but they will undoubtedly survive the current recession better than most retailers. I think I got lucky on that one, with the WTC incident providing an opportunity to bail at a profit rather than a loss. Agree that LIN more attractive at present, as well as WSM and KSS which aren't likely to benefit from the "keep the used beaters on the road at all costs" mentality that should help AZO.
