At the moment Europe heard nothing yet of this kind of news. Eurex-bund-future at 111.27, marching the direction of 114. But then, people think, EZB is some sort of a sleep-walker.

They issue new money. Was this the Fed or the Treasury you were talking about? I better go back and check.

Edit - I checked you are talking about the Treasury. I see, hmmm they can't issue new money, so I see what you mean. But the Treasury should be leaving that job to the Fed?

In Japan LT bonds yield less than 2%.
