The problem with that analogy is that the fight odds are about thirty to one, all of you against Engel. And you guys get to vote him out of the ring. Ding Ding Ding, fight over.

What do you mean by 30 of you? Each one is an individual with his opinions and reasons for voting one way or another.

If you know the future to know what 30 people will do, let me ask you a lot simpler question, about the past. How did I vote in previous rounds to suspend Paul?

In your honest opinion, does banning Engel make the thread more or less valuable with regard to making an informed investment decision?

Regrettably, I have to say that he makes this thread valuable. You may not, but I do value my time. I was basically faced with a choice of either placing Paul on ignore, or not reading this thread at all.

The problem is that the discussion about Paul "spills over" to the rest of the thread, and it ends up wasting my time even with ignore on.

It's almost like Paul went crazy like Scumbria, and went from a valuable contributor, and a great debating partner or foe, to just a complete waste of time.
