Larry, seriously (g)

on a smaller time scale, 10 box chart, if we print 1680 (looks like we could), that is a sell that could take us to 1640. But, I don't think we will do that, yet. I hear that cycle high is next week. Then I think we will go down.

edit - but cybersaavy's chart tells a better tale -

Larry i am now just trying to familarize myself with Linear Regression--i see a period is necessary--the default i have is set to 80,and it isn't back-testing well at all---what period would you use for shorterm trends? i realize you do your own calculations but for moment i just want to see how this tool device works.Max

Larry,

I am confused. If your chart is indeed a NASDAQ Composite daily, then one of us has bad data. You'll need a large screen to see these, but check out:

geocities.com

On the left are two data sources I use and your chart is on the right. There are many bars that are different on your chart.

Also, all this talk about broken and not broken leads me to ask: Is your chart linear or log?

Cheers
