Not to mention that all the demolib pinheads whining about nonspecific alerts would be criticizing Team Bush if an attack did happen and it was found out ex post facto that the government had some indication that something was about to happen....

Your second sentence does not make sense, it implies you let them attack so that they don't have to reschedule an attack when the timing is better, DUH?
