I agree Rudy Guiliani is a far better choice for Homeland Security. He has the nation's trust right now in a way even President Bush cannot match.

I think its been widely speculated that Dick Chaney will not seek a 2nd term with Mr Bush as VP because of his heart troubles. IMO, Rudy would be a great VP if that is the route he would want to go.
