(to question the post you resonded to) No one I know here in the southland forms their opinion from the t.v. or even watches it much. We're mostly much too busy trying to pay the bills and keep a roof and a job. And many of our sons and daughters are in the armed forces, and have been called up from the Reserves. And life just goes on. Do people here care that CNN is "leftist" or that FOX is "rightist"? Nope. When a friend calls you because they can't make their light bill because the check hasn't come in from the army yet... that's real. Us average trailor trash are worried about the light bills, not what the media does or does not report.
