I spoke to some of my contracting friends back in NJ about a year ago, and they mentioned possibly a 15% increase over when I built it. So that would put it around $77psf. Keep in mind that I acted as the GC, which reduced my cost significantly. If I recall correctly, I paid about $1500 for the person who did all the running around/follow-up, while the straight GC cost would have been closer to around $8000, again if I recall correctly.
