Robert, thank-you for correcting me. I had not previously read of third generation FAE's, only first, a link to which I posted here a few weeks ago. Then of course it is highly likely that ABC report concerns a 3rd-gen FA. On the other hand, I find it extremely unlikely that such a weapon would be used by Americans against Americans, even if to quarantine an area. That is a wild supposition. This is a country that bans euthanasia. Even in Amsterdam I think they would have problems with that... Olivier
