Neither name rings a bell with me, sorry. I haven't actively invested in the micro micros for about 6 years, so don't let my lack of familiarity be considered a pro or a con on the two issues which are the subject of your post.

One caveat...
When noticing a shell being "resurrected," I suggest the interested observer obtain the number of shares outstanding before getting excited. A great many times, a new shell buyer will end up being damn near diluted out of existance by a reverse split in order to "clean out deadwood" before a new batch of financing is launched.
