You obviously have a problem with a manager earning what a company will pay him. What computer company besides Dell can you even attempt to realistically compare with CSCO's past performance, which doesn't really mean jack as you should know. You threw out a lot of numbers, but when one takes a closer look, a hefty amount of those options will expire absolutely worthless unless we happen to experience another bubble. I'd much rather see a CEO get wealthy from gains on options than take a hefty salary regardless of company performance. Go buy a bottle of vodka and drown your sorrows about Chamber's pay check.knc
