IT is obvious that the Bush administration is going to take care of those that are contributors to the GOP before they take care of problems that could face everyday Americans. I don't know how giving windfall shelters to large corporations will help the economy when they already have oversized inventories. If no one is around with money to buy goods and services then the corporations aren't going to sell anything. Allowing these corporations to shelter money in off shore accounts is taking money away from the US at a time of need. WHen I was young, the word "trickle" was used as a substitute for urination. If your thinking process is so void that you've been talked into believing it's great to get trickled on then..........there's nothing to say.
