RE: NGT vs. Nova Gold:

- Both prospects (Salamandra & Alaska) appear to be large-scale low-grade resources with high-grade areas. Both appear to have viable resources at today's POG.

- Nova Gold has $10M in real estate assets that they proposed to sell in order to develop the Alaska property. NGT has very little money, which is why they had to JV 50% of the project to Alamos. But, Placer has a back-in right (55%?) on the Nova prospect.

- Nova Gold appears to have a good promotional team. Stock has gone from .40 to over 2.00 in a short time. Tough to tell if it will go much higher from here.

- Alaska property may have environmental/permitting issues--you may want to ask about this angle. Salamandra may have social/cultural issues, although a small-scale operation may be able to get around this.
