I still take their account of the route, which would make the White House the likeliest primary. Reagan is so far southwest of the White House that there is no reason to expect a sighting from the tower, they would not be looking. It would, in fact, be in Dulles tower space. As for Andrews, that is not the correct route, the flight would have gone southeast towards Anacostia, not due east. As I said, if it had been the Capitol, they would have hit it. Ford's Theater is too lame a target to speculate about........
