QUALITY control, quality CONTROL, QUALITY CONTROL. If the OOPS! occur too often and more frequently, then they are not accidents anymore. We are not here talking about babies who cannot yet control their poops. Think and use that God given brain !!!! Ever received a lemon malfunctioned merchandise and returned or exchanged it? Why bother? It must be part of business and just tough luck for the consumer for getting the accidental junk part, right? American military standards must be equal to or even higher than commercial standards. But that may be expecting too much??? These are modern sophisticated equipments with precision accuracy. The users messed up and we are supposed to say "COOL!" ?
