On now, CB up first. John, you may want to formulate a question for Craig, or Ron Smith, VP for comm products, I think. You can input the question from the webcast page. Go for it!

Oh oh, Craig showed a slide with a message of computing down 25% this year, 30% for comm. But, next few slides about Internet usage growing through 2005, with little slowdown.

Tony

Edit, slide 17 on Intel strengths: 2 pieces: IC technology, and digital computing and comm architectures. Both shown as if "equal".

Slide 17 on cutting some businesses, like consumer and streaming media, called "tough strategic decisions".

Alert: Craig mentioned that market share would be stressed later, sounded like in PCs, servers...

Have to say that this pres. shows again that Intel is the best in webcasts (hope it doesn't crash now!). Right on time, high quality, etc.

Slide 21, Asia - Pacific is growing like mad, about matching Americas shrinkage this year.

Slide 23, about 25% of R&D being spent on non-CPU, like wireless, optical and networks. Rest on CPU (2 buckets shown).
