Well, whoever did it was skilled in psy-ops in a carefully planned operation: 1) Hit the tabloids first; if it doesn't work, it has deniability - space aliens did it 2) Hit liberal news media, Dan Rather et al - send a message and start scaring the public and editors 3) Start scaring the government - Congress, then the Senate to make sure laws get passed 4) By using aerosolizable form in later phases it will appear in minute but recognizable quantities in many places. You can learn more about who wasn't affected, which news services etc. The next step will be to see who benefits. That will tell the tale --- a) Martial Law - political conspiracy b) Backlash to Martial Law - white supremecist conspiracy looking for anarchy c) Oil price rise - oil conspiracy d) Greater American public determination to rid the Taleban - political & military conspiracy e) Peace and Love breaking out ... never mind that one - already made that mistake once before f) Jeb Bush as president in 2008 ... never mind that one too - I feel Carnivore already looking at this post ...
