Slide 26 top line bullet: There it is AMD: Growing our market segment share.

P4 passed PIII in Oct.

Lowest power and highest perf. in mobile.

Ethernet leadership and optical momentum!

Edit: Slide 28:
Internet is the engine for growth.
Strength in fundamentals.
Achieved real results in turbulent times.

Paul O on.

IDC now forecasting flat to down '01, was much worse 6 months ago. Paul

Slide 30: Intel is gaining market segment share. Said again, as after Q3 CC, that Intel gained a couple of points.

Volume grew > 25% Q over Q, Sales out record.

Growth best in SMB (small - medium business) and emerging markets, latter best of all. China and India 50% growth.

Slide 33: P4 #1 selling desktop CPU.

3 GHz processors in 2002 (internal goal). High 2s GHz committing.

Ship DDR this quarter, with P4 0.13!

Q4-03 average unit cost to Intel 25% less than average CPU cost now. 0.13 gets some of the saving, but 300 mm a lot more! AMD has no 300 mm plan!
