Was Rivard of Richmont ever involved in anything with Gill of Aur? ... for some reason i associate the names together ... but, just looked them up on stockwatch and there's no obvious cross-connection like directorships or anything ... maybe one sold a property to the other, or did an exploration JV one time ... or just spoke at the same meeting maybe .... rci is listed on Amex - ca.finance.yahoo.com

They don't seem to have a lot of reserves ... but they've been mining a long time, and always came across some before ... i was holding Major General when they bought Hammerdown, they sure didn't pay for it what they value it as on the books [which is eight millions or so - the pdf file shut my browser down] ... and cash-flow positive with more than fifty cents a share in cash, no debt, no hedging past near-term production

Here's another co-listing, Toronto/New York, Campbell Resources - ca.finance.yahoo.com ... this is the successor company to my first stock ever, which was Giant Mascot Mines ... but i don't know what's up with it lately, how that three-company merger is working out for them ... they were going to absolutely dominate the Chibougamau camp ... funny how so many stocks never get talked about on the net, you never hear anything on these two

[edit] - and speaking of successors/predecessors - the Camflo property of rci.to is where American Barrick started .. ? .. i think ... wasn't that where Munk got into the biz

On the bay.to, i kept most since last Christmas, traded some off the chart, did ok ... that 1.31 is my magic number going back to two years ago when the opportunity to reload presented itself, after selling too early following the first break through one loonie ... well now i can say i paid up to 1.75 -g-
