were killing Jesuit priests in South America eh? The same Jesuit priests who then and still today...

Amazing how these dead Jesuits were able to resurrect themselves. Miraculous.

Most of those 'priests' were machine gun toting Marxists. I'm sure you are familiar with this book. It chronicles the fall from grace of the Jesuit order.

Now you're not only giving the church a bad name but the Jesuits as well. If a gutless
pacifist is the best they can produce, they certainly have lost their lustre as educators.

If you don't draw a line in the sand when it comes to good & evil in this world, life is
not worth living. So, do the church a favor & keep silent about your connection with it.

I am by no means a Lexus Republican, rather an average American who can practice the
tenets of her religion as well, if not better, as a conservative than as a pablum puking liberal.

If Sept 11 didn't make it clear to you which political party has the stamina & principals to
overcome terrorism in the world, you are blind & hopeless.

It is shameful to admit that the US trains terrorists at the School of the Americas in Ga.

Too bad these Republicans don't look honestly at some of the recent appointments from this Bush administration. Appointments like Negraponte, the former Ambassador to Honduras during the Contra War, who received an appointment as the Ambassador to the UN???? Let's talk about Elliott Abrams, convicted of lying to Congress and granted a pardon by Bush Sr.,and how he was appointed the senior director of the National Security COuncil's office for Democracy and Human Rights!!! What a laugh that appointment was!!!

How about Noriega, Pinochet and Duvalier to name a few graduates of the School of the Americas.........taught the art of terrorism right on our shores!!

The head of our local Catholic church mentions Bishop Romero frequently as an example for many faith based reasons. Romero is a sort of hero to this priest who travels to Central America every year to observe the growth and development of the people who still live in poverty there.. The army generals who covered up Romero's murder and the murder of the nuns were given exile by Bush Sr. Last I heard they were in Florida.

Jesus would most assuredly have been a Democrat. Afterall he was a working man....a carpenter. He certainly didn't point any fingers and he accepted everyone to his side.
