There's a startup that says they can reduce production or packaging costs for cell chips by 40% or 60%. (I do not know the manufacturing side of the s/c business, but it sounded like some folks thought they had an okay idea. They closed on their term sheets with someone, don't know who, on the same day I met them.) Though packaging isn't a huge % of the cost.
