thanks. a real estate agent i met recently was conservative with her retirement until the very last minute when greed destroyed her self control vis a vis her full service broker... she's lost 200k so far and is 56 years old. her broker bought the top of telecom. her broker tried to make her feel better by saying, i lost millions, how do you think i feel. in this case, i would say the double negative did not for a positive make. i told the real estate agent not to invite me to any parties where her broker might also be there for fear the broker might have to leave early due to some thought i might let slip. the agent is also my neighbor, so i feel sorry for her. and she's pretty sharp to boot.
