rothschild tends to be like a lender of last resort a lot of times IMO - so check out the terms of the agreement closely - then check out the action on GEO and see what can happen if the game plan doesn't undfold exactly in the right direction. But it is true - Rothschild doesn't show up and invest cause they think ya got nothing

roth didn't pay any money - they got the shrs freebie from the fallout of the VOY deal and I would suspect any rise in novagold would find some selling from roth as they recoup thier 'investment' in VOY. What would be interesting to know is whether they are restricted shrs and if so when holds come off. might give ya a heads up as to when to watch out for selling. When it was an annouced that GEO was restructring the deal, it was a good time to sit back and wait till the price had been determined ( a dime or less) at which Roth would convert.
