This was when Canadian brokers were taking over an hour to fill orders back in early 2000. Remember that? Tooooo clearly. I remember, I came very close to closing my accounts in etrade (what a misnomer) EasyWeb (Canada Trust... great service before TD got its hands on it <ng>)& TD Webroken & moving it to a friend who is a full service broker... (he was having similar problems & routed all his trades through the US) I figured I could do the same @ a much lower price... We couldn't make a deal so, I still depend on the discount borkers.
