Given that the Red Cross provided the coordinates twice and we've bombed it twice .... accidental is pretty hard to believe. Military necessity. Here's what the Administration has to say....

Ooops wrong military....they violate humanitarian neutrality....we do it out of military necessity.

No doubt the Muslim world understands this distinction.

It's a bit like ... we bomb the hell out of them from 15,000 feet and tell the Northern Alliance .... you can beat 'em ... go for it. And we call the Taliban cowards for hiding in civilian populations. We're courageous from 15,000 ft.... they're cowards.
