Palm, now a Strategic Platform Partner in the Siebel Alliance Program, and
Siebel Systems have agreed to jointly market and sell a suite of high-quality
mobile sales solutions, providing companies with tried, tested and proven
technology from two of the most well-respected and well-known business brands
in the world. The companies kicked off the expanded alliance in Chicago at
Siebel Worldwide User Week 2001, by featuring Siebel 7, the latest release of
Siebel eBusiness Applications and Siebel Sales Handheld 7 for Palm OS(R).
