But none of the people responsible will be disciplined let alone fired.

I again urge everyone reading this msg to write and call you Congressional reps today and DEMAND the repeal of the current Civil Service Act and insist it be replaced by a new law that mandates the firing of incompetent federal workers.

AND more important the provision to require that derelict agencies like the INS be abolished entirely and replaced with completely new units that are capable of some semblance of functioning in the national interest.

Attempts to "reform" existing agencies have always been a joke because they immediately degenerate into nothing but gigantic exercises in ass covering !!!!!!!

Forget reform!!!

It's time to get rid of all these enormous "Turkey Farms" that are nothing but black holes for tax money!!!
