I'd argue that Bush would have taken out Hussein had moderate Arabs and the UN backed it. It is the UN and these Arabs states that dictated the cessation of fighting and hence, Saddams continued existence.

This was posed to me and is a good question for you.

"If Chris has said that he would have supported Bush going into Baghdad and getting Saddam against the wishes of the Arabs and the U.N I will speculate that he is lying. Why would he support that war if he does not support this one?"
