And Cokie Roberts wants Donald Rumsfeld, who was in the Pentagon at the time of the attack, to give ABC News more access to the battleground? Why would anyone trust them if their boss considers Pentagon staffers the legitimate target of a sneak attack? mediaresearch.org

Our North American media is far too self serving to care about the effect they are having by broadcasting Taliban propaganda. The talking heads only care about becoming "personalities", and are more focused on personal grooming and the need to spend hours practicing their smiles in front of the mirror. We don't need more "personalities" and we are tired of how they all have the same hairdos and sound exactly the same as each other. Don't we have more than one voice school? The media has shown that it can't be trusted in times of war. Instead of whining about the lack of info flow, they should be figuring out how they can help the war effort. Cokie Roberts should be fired. Plain and simple. Examples need to be made. The press is just too damn cocky and needs to be slapped soundly on this issue. What a bunch of self serving, immature spoilt children they are.
