Ha Ha,
World bank representative Ian Goldin, says things will be good (booming actually) by mid 2003.Mainly thanks to improving consumer sentiment. Guess he should check out Japan.

He says countries must refrain from protectionist tactics and actually do the opposite. He's right on that BUT today the US added another 12% softwood lumber duty on Canadian lumber, on top of a 19% instituted a few months ago.... HUH ?

More Anthrax.... NO CLUE to origin. Hmmm! Guess my speculation on us coming to live like the Israelis is becoming (unfortunately) plausible.
