Tax deductions and jiggering are unnecessary. Just give consumers the choice. Once you ask government representatives to help, it's time to give up. Remember, they are "governement representatives", and represent government, not you. Once billions $$ can be made selling non-ME oil and alternative fuels to the American Consumer, government obstruction will be irrelevent, and the Saudi Princes can pay off as many media and political stars as they wish, to no effect.
