I meant Intel expected as expected from Intel but from the Intel reference that you kindly provided I see why everyone expected higher savings. It states that cost savings from going to 300mm would be 30%. It was assumed that saving from going to .13 um would be on the order of 50% so add 50% and 30% and you would get 25% :-))
