You posted one report from one apparently misguided analyst. Could you provide a link to their report as I do think they should be contacted and their model corrected.

yet they appropriately price intc at 2.5x the share price of amd these days, despite having priced both similarly several months ago. this places intel's market cap at nearly 50x that of amd. Granted that they rarely have a clue yet price of the share is price of the share.
