Actually, Bob Noyce obtained some initial AMD stock from his putting up some capital for their ipo way back in 1971, but Jerry had no involvement whatsoever in Intel's founding, other than the fact that he defected from Fairchild at roughly the same time that Noyce and Moore did.

Any founder's shares or options Jerry had in AMD have long since been dissipated. Jerry sells his in-the-money options regularly to finance his limo, ladies, livin' la vida loca lifestyle.
