Sultan,

I agree the conversation is moot, as you put it. But not for the same reasons.

I am trying to study this, I think objectively. You and say "no" I'm not. And you're not alone! But then you fail to address what I am not objective about. You answer no questions, and change the topics so fast, we never put one to bed.

I am willing to study everything you and I post in detail, until I find out if you or I are right or wrong. Sometimes slicing in to my important personal time. But the matters we discuss are of the utmost importance and have to be understood in order to solve the terrorist problem.

But you, and many, fail to study anything in depth, to fully understand it, including the Qu'ran. I happen to be in agreement with many Muslims on my views on the Qu'ran. It's just not the ones you think are correct on its interpretations. And unfortunately, I'm more in line in understanding it like a fundamentalist.

You just say IGIT is not objective, with no basis, and then end the conversation.

Ok, I'll live with it. But realize you are not thouroughly finding out what the truth is. You are using convenient excuses, popular ones I may add, to dismiss topics.

If you could live with it, I could too.....

God Bless,
Steve

PS- Have you ever studied the Qu'ran yourself? Have you given it the proper time to understand it? Food for thought.... I'm trying!!!!

A common Abrahamic monotheistic tradition.

well he/you have just excluded 3bil other
divine human beings with that gentle
mouthful.

1Bil Hindus , and another 1/2Bil Buddhists/Taoist...
there are another 2Bil completely oblivious and
not part of the ancient "Abraham" prophet fan club .

Nor do they ever need to be, to find the "truth".

they are all damned and to be "assimilated" ?

really ?

;-)

The message is no longer the medium , but the idolatry .
The ink and the paper... the scripture have
become the substitute idolatry and the Blasphemy
that was to be at all costs
avoided .

Think about it ...inspect that statement closely.

There is as much idolatry in Islam and Christianity
as there is in Hinduism , LOL, maybe more .
The Idolatry of the "chosen few" and the "saved" ,
and "those that speak for God" super-egotism
perhaps ?

Of elevating the scripture and the "book" to the status
of Idols.

Where is the "One God" when so many are trying
to drown out that divine voice by trying to judge
compare , and crucify each other on the behest of
of the rigid idolatry of the ---->scriptures ?

The truth is there and found anywhere inside or without
the walls of any religion . That's what the Hindus understood 1000's of years before Abraham. God is entertwined with Nature , and within our own framework
which is the only true holy ground .

The freedom to explore inwardly without the fear and condemnation and submit thru own's own piety, self~inspection , reason and opened eyes in that time
that you are alive ....that's where you find God.

Man or woman , I might add...

But here , Spinoza says much, better than i ever could ...
plato.stanford.edu

Truth is simple , ....religion is more often the
just an extension of a neurotic "complex" and fear
of the unknowned , desire to feel superior ,and an
addiction to the hopelessness & feeling that nothing
can ever be changed ....and control-state.

In reality the promise of heaven has rarely done
one thing to ever improve the conditions of men here on earth .

Just the opposite is true...
