the Davis Group are some of the best and have been that way for generations. they liquidated at least 3/4 of their entire portfolio. that is huge. davisfunds.com chris davis' comments on AXP are fascinating. he's confident it'll come back but they bailed on the entire position! this is one where you have to read between the lines. re: janus, it's a natural match to take their largest holdings and look to see if the davis funds liquidated. a short made in heaven. let me know if you come up with any other interesting goodies. st
