Mrs. Peel....call it another FED Cut, but aimed right the long end of the curve. The Trick or Treat Treasury move of 2001.

I think they had hinted about this many months ago with some talk about making the 10year the "key" rate to get in step with the likes of Europe who use the 10year as their smack daddy on the Long end.

I'm surprised the equity market didn't hold up today with this news. I would have figured da clowns would jump on this for a few days. IMO it just show's you how shitty the econ & forward earnings really are.
