You are saying that when someone else is paying you to work there is no difference in how much time you spend on the internet while they are paying you and someone who pays himself? That means that you think your employer should pay you for not working.

A complete and total jackass, you are. This also is one of the reasons I DON'T LIKE UNIONS. They foster this selfish feeling of entitlement.
