Wilder is in fact no fool. I met with him years ago and consider WW to be a big contributor to trading systems. And his systems used pencil and paper---no computer needed.

One tweak to the SAR method is to enter the trade when EITHER SAR or his DMI system gives a buy signal but exit only when BOTH are negative.

This works best with mutual funds, and you sure get many whipsaws unless in a strong trend.

Looks like the rising wedge in April has an identical offspring...even the positioning of the emas is the almost the same...

Watching this thing form is one of the reasons I've been so bearish lately.
