Agree with you, however, the stock price probably reflect these concerns.

I for one bought today at 12.6 and immediately sold Nov 12.5 calls at 2 bucks. That hedges me down to around 10.6 or so. If ENE closes below that at expiration Ill likely hold and maybe sell more calls.

Still, something is rotten in the State of Denmark. One thing I love (and hate) about this market is its reactions to bad news. I doubt anyone thought this stock would see 10.90 two weeks ago!
