Bonds. No wonder every brokerage scam artist is pushing them out to customers now. They need to unload those things before interest rates start back up and the capital invested in the bonds goes south quickly in price. Got an investor newsletter in my bank/brokerage statement touting buy bonds now. Great time to start a bond portfolio. Ohboy! I can't wait to lock in that 4% long term yield and watch my capital disappear (temporarily until they mature)when rates go back to more normal levels in a year or so.
