Dan3, RE: do you think the accounting at NT was correct?

Sure it was.

It's no coincidence that no one paid attention to NT's book value. That's because the tangible book value has always been less than zero.

Dan, re:"So I ask again, do you think the accounting at NT was correct?"

1) I don't follow NT's accounting practices - so I don't know. Go ask them.

2) Who's their auditor? Do you believe them to be competent?

3) By "correct", do you mean "in compliance with laws and regualtions" or do you mean "morally forthright"? Either way, I'm not going to offer any opinion of my own, but I am curious as to your reasoning for asking the question.

4) I see GV responded to this already. Which brings me back to my original advice to you.
