Well , it's just been bothering me alot , that Islam (and Christianity) are so universally proclaimed as the monotheisitic religions of Abraham where Idol worship is not condoned ...etc etc,

Yet Islam has elevated --->the Koran & it's scripture to a new
height of Idolatry in men's minds . Just listen to our
Christian brother here and his blind devotion
to his idol-->The Bible .

That's amore, and that's idolatry...I'll let the learned
doctors and clerics ponder that for a few centuries.

I was just making a simple point of that only , perhaps.

It's conceptual, but none the less just as real , on
another plane of understanding idolatry. A blind devotion
to something/anything constitutes idolatry. And yes,
books do kill ,in the hands of
holy and pious men.

Was Mohammed the last prophet of God ? He did forbid the
worship of Idols, but in his ignorance created a religion
that grew on to be a huge fierce moving,
monolithic --->idolatry of the book.

The idolatry of "Sacred" scripture & the book...rigidly
enforced so nothing can grow. Look at Islam , fastest
dying empire the world ever has seen . Only oil saved much
of it, and technology from the west... and for that they
should be somewhat grateful.

I have read single poems , and lines in plays that contain as much meaning as 20 pages of the bible or suriahs in
the koran . Blind devotion to anything is Idolatry.

Yes , some parts of life are like heaven , I trust you know
what I mean... want to write a new Koran together ?

It shouldn't take more than 40 days &
nights down in Joshua Tree. <g>

Got inspiration ?

Got goats milk ?
