Hi Harry, madtrader has an interesting view.... but he is missing the story behind 30 year bond and comparing it to different time and situations. Actually it is a mess for very long term investors because there is no such thing as a long term guaranteed return any more. Are we being forced into short term speculation ? Retirement planning just became very complicated for conservative investment crowd. Eventhough I am bullish long term, I wouldn't count this as a factor in my reasoning. -Suresh
