by educating the people, I mean the Muslims all over the world whom Bin Laden is trying to recruit... an educated person will not be led astray by a mad person... also, educating non-Muslims about what Islam is so that they can understand that the actions of the few should not paint the whole... and as for Japan and Germany... I was addressing the results of them be restrained from spending on military and the progress achieved subsequently... and as for what we do with an insane person... I agree with you... but we have also to debunk his ideas to Muslims all over the world... regards amein
