Are you ranting on trying to convince me you can build for 45 to 60 bucks a foot? Just divide the price by the square foot of those Mercedes homes and you'll see the majority are 80 bucks a foot plus.
That swamp land in Florida or the hot assed Dallas you can have.
Come out here to Calif and bring your 80 dollars a foot money and see what you get. You like the deep woods of the mountains?
